Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Pasifika Apparel! We’re committed to providing quality clothing and a great shopping experience. If there’s a problem with your order, we’re here to help.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you're entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if your item:

  • Is faulty or damaged
  • Is significantly different from the description
  • Does not do what it's supposed to do

If your product falls into any of these categories, please contact us at pasifika.apparel@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to make things right. We'll get back to you within two business days.

RETURN CONDITIONS
For your Item(s) to be processed, it must meet the following Criteria.

  • Unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with tags attached.
  • free from any body odour, perfume or any other scents.
  • free of any makeup, tan marks, glitter or any other deformities not originally there.


    EXCHANGES
    If the item is not the right size or does not suit you, you can exchange it for a different product. Please note, we will not hold an item for exchange. We strongly advise you to promptly send your return to ensure you receive your exchange without delay.

In the event that the exchange item is out of stock, we will provide you with store credit. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for size or preference-based exchanges.
